Breakfast on the go or simple school lunch box, we love a versatile recipe. This Scrambled Burrito only takes a few minutes to throw together. Grab those leftovers and toss them in the skillet. Scramble in a couple of eggs and wrap it all up in the tortilla of your choice. Here’s how we did it:
A breakfast tradition
- No Sugar Added Mild Breakfast Sausage Links
- No Sugar Bacon
- Bell peppers
- Eggs
- Tortilla
- Butter (or substitute)
- Cook bacon and chop into small bits
- Cut sausage into small chunks
- Chop bell peppers into small pieces
- Melt 1 tbsp of butter in a pan over medium heat
- Add bacon, sausage, and bell peppers and stir for 3 - 5 minutes or until sausage is warmed through
- Crack eggs into a bowl and whisk
- Add whisked eggs to the pan, stir continuously until eggs are cooked to your liking
- Warm the tortilla
- Scoop scramble contents into warmed tortilla
- Roll tortilla into a burrito
- Serve with your favorite taco sauce, and fruit
