Refund policy
It is our job here at Pederson's Farms to make sure that you, our customers, are 100% happy with our products. Please know that our items are made from the best quality of raw materials and that those materials can change from season to season based on environmental elements.
If the product received is damaged or incorrectly shipped, please notify our customer service department within 5 days of delivery. Day 1 is set as the delivery day confirmation. Pictures of damage and/or mis-ship will be required. Please email all requests along with pictures to robin@pedersonsfarms.com.
Due to the perishable nature of many of our items, returned goods will not be permitted unless requested by Pederson's Farms. If items are requested to be returned, you will be provided with a prepaid shipping label. All goods must be returned in the original packaging or a comparable packaging unit. All returns must arrive back to Pederson's Farms by day 15 after the delivery date.
After 5 days, at our discretion, we will offer a full/partial store credit or replacement product only.
