Shipping policy

 

We offer FedEx shipping on orders placed Monday through Thursday before 11:00 am. Order delivery times can be impacted by events such as severe weather, regional transit delays, and holidays. All products are shipped in an insulated cooler with dry ice so that the product stays sufficiently chilled until you're able to refrigerate and enjoy better protein. We do not ship on holidays or weekends.

Unfortunately, at this time, delivery is only available within the contiguous United States. We cannot ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

We guarantee delivery to the residential shipping address provided on your account when the order is placed. You will receive an automated email with tracking information and expected delivery date once the order has been fulfilled. Please note, we can’t guarantee delivery of an order placed using a business address. If your package is delivered to a business that is closed, the courier will not deliver the package until the following business day, and your order may defrost.
