COMMUNITY
We work with farmers that have been a part of their local communities for generations. They shop, bank, and cultivate relationships with local businesses. This all helps to create and support sustainable rural communities.
FARMING PRACTICES
We insist our pigs grow at a natural rate. With no growth promotants, hormones, steroids or antibiotics, our pigs grow slower than those at industrial “farms.” We’re quite alright with that because we’re doing our part to control superbugs. It’s a better life for the pigs and produces the best pork we’ve ever eaten.
CONSERVATION
We have implemented new technology for power factor optimization that reduces power demand at the meter, the devices capture lost and wasted power in the system; therefore, increasing the efficiency of our power consumption.
