RECIPE DIRECTIONS
1. Cook the chorizo
2. Finely chop the spinach
Then, start building the layers!
Layer 1: Guacamole
Layer 2: Chorizo
Layer 3: Pico de gallo
Layer 4: Chopped spinach
Layer 5: Cashew queso
Layer 6: Avocado ranch and extra pico for edges
Lastly, enjoy!

This Chorizo Taco Dip uses high quality Pederson's Farms Chorizo, and is completely dairy free and sugar free! This one was definitely more for my husband and I, since my kids don’t love tacos but I’m not mad. That means I don’t have to share! It’s that good! This dish makes a lot so it’s perfect for a party or to serve a large crowd this holiday season! Served with my favorite bakery tortilla chips, it’s everything you love about a taco but scooped on a chip!
