If I want to take a vegetable dish up a notch, my go-tos are to add a seasoning blend or add bacon. And if I’m using bacon, y’all already know it’s going to be Pederson’s Farms no sugar added Hickory Smoked Bacon! This bacon was the first “real” bacon that I tried after eating turkey bacon for several years, and I won’t ever go back! I can feel good about serving it to my family because there is no added sugar, nitrites or nitrates!! Their bacon is by far the best quality I’ve ever had, even my kids can tell the difference. Asparagus is a vegetable that everyone in my house will eat, but you should have seen my kids' sweet faces when I served it up looking like spiders for Halloween! They were so excited! This recipe is SO easy you really have no excuse not to try it, and we can’t wait to see your creations!!
