Spicy Breakfast Pizza

We took the best part of breakfast and made it a little bolder. This Spicy Breakfast Pizza uses Pederson’s No Sugar Spicy Breakfast Sausage to bring the heat, loaded with fresh veggies and finished with a crispy egg base. No bread, no nonsense — just real, satisfying fuel to start your day. Made with Pederson’s No Sugar Spicy Breakfast Sausage.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Pederson’s No Sugar Spicy Breakfast Sausage

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/2 bell pepper (any color), diced

  • 1/2 small onion, diced


Instructions

  1. Dice the bell pepper and onion. Set aside.

  2. In a skillet, brown the Pederson’s Spicy Breakfast Sausage. Remove from heat.

  3. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk well.

  4. Pour the eggs into a non-stick skillet over medium heat — think of this as your pizza crust.

  5. Top with sausage, peppers, onions, and tomatoes while the eggs cook.

  6. Let everything cook for 2-3 minutes until the eggs set and the toppings are heated through.

  7. Slide onto a plate. Breakfast (or lunch… or dinner) is served.
