Roasted Brussels Sprouts & Ham with Sweet Mustard Drizzle
First, mix together drizzle ingredients and then set aside.
Next, sauté ham in 3 tbsp olive oil over medium heat for about 4 minutes, or until slightly browned. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a large bowl, toss together brussels, salt, garlic pepper and diced onion together with 5 tbsp olive oil. Spread on a large baking sheet and bake for 20-25 min.
Toss together with ham, and drizzle with sweet mustard sauce. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
