1 Bell Pepper chopped
¼ Red Onion chopped
2 White Potatoes diced
1 Sweet Potato diced
1 pinch Paprika
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Pepper
Directions
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place potatoes on a baking sheet and drizzle with oil. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika to preference and taste.
Roast potatoes for 20 minutes.
Take the baking sheet out and add peppers, onion, drizzle a little more oil and season.
Add sausage and roast for another 20 minutes until potatoes are tender and vegetables are roasted.
