No-Soy Teriyaki Ham
No-Soy Teriyaki Baked Ham Sandwiches with Purple Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients
1 Pederson Farm's No Sugar Added Smoked Uncured Ham
Slaw
1/2 Head of Purple Cabbage, sliced
1 cup Shredded Carrots
1 bunch of Cilantro
2 tbs Primal Kitchen Mayo
1 Lime, juiced
Salt and Pepper
Hamburger Buns (GF)
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350F, place the ham on a rimmed baking sheet/large cast iron skillet/deep baking dish. Pour the teriyaki sauce over the ham, using a brush, baste the ham with the sauce, making sure to coat evenly. Transfer to the oven for 1 hour to warm.
While the ham is cooking, add the cabbage, carrots, cilantro, mayo and lime juice into a large bowl. Stir to combine. Then add salt and pepper to taste.
Once the ham is done, serve on hamburger buns with a generous helping of the slaw.
