1 LB Pederson’s Natural Farms Bison
1 T. Oregano
1 Med. Purple Onion
2 C. Sliced Button Mushrooms
1 PKG Western Grassfed Beef Bone Broth
2 T. Avocado Oil
- Mix bison, oregano, salt, & pepper.
- Form into slider patties.
- Cook patties over Med-Hi heat for 2 minutes on each side.
- While cooking patties, slice onions and mushrooms in thin slices.
- Remove burgers, and set aside.
- Add oil to skillet, let heat until shimmering.
- Add onions and mushrooms, cover, and let cook for 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Add bone broth and bring to boil, reduce to simmer.
- Add patties, and cover. Let simmer for 10 minutes.
