Italian Sausage Egg Frittata Recipe 

Egg Frittata Meal Prep Monday

INGREDIENTS FOR EGG FRITTATA RECIPE

Toppings:
1 pkg of Pederson’s Natural Farms Italian sausage
3/4 c. bell peppers (diced)
1/3 c. onion (diced)
1/4 c. mushrooms (diced)
1/4 c. green onion (chopped)
1 tbsp of avocado oil

Egg mixture:
1 dozen eggs
1/4 see nutritional yeast
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
1 tsp Slap Ya Mama seasoning low sodium
Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS FOR EGG FRITTATA RECIPE

 1. Preheat oven to 375*
2. Heat large Skillet over medium-high heat add the oil
3. Add your veggies and saute for 3 minutes
4. Add your mushrooms cook for 1 extra minute
5. Remove vegetables and mushrooms and place in a baking dish to the side
6. In the same skillet add your meat, cook thoroughly
7. Once meat is done add it to the baking dish with the veggie mix
8. Now in a large bowl whisk your eggs, yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, Slap Ya Mama seasoning, salt and pepper to taste.
9. Pour egg mixture into the dish with the meat and veggie mix stir all together
10. Bake until the top is getting brown and it looks fluffy approximately 22 to 25 minutes
11. Remove from the oven let it set for 5 minutes before you cut the portions
12. Serve topped with green onion
13. Leftovers can be Frozen in single-serve containers for easy on-the-go meals
