2 cups Chopped Pederson’s Bone-in Smoked Uncured Ham
½ cup Shredded Cheddar
2 tbsp Diced Red Pepper
1 tbsp Diced Chives
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
In a food processor, pulse Ham until evenly diced, grate cheese, and chop red peppers and chives.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and chill for 30 minutes. Serve with your favorite dippers.
