For the Pork Chops
- 4 Pederson's boneless pork chops (at least 1-inch thick)
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp allspice
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the Grilled Peach Salsa
- 2 peaches, pitted and halved
- 2 tsp avocado oil
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1 plum tomato, diced
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
