How To Cook A Ham

Pederson's Farms Spiral Sliced Ham is fully cooked and ready to warm and serve. 

How long to heat a ham:

The USDA recommends pre-cooked hams be reheated to an internal temperature of 140. Preheat oven to 325 F. 

Ham cooking instructions: 

1. Remove all packaging materials before heating. Place ham, cut side down on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.

2. Tent ham loosely with aluminum foil.

3. Roast at 325 until thermometer registers 140, about 15 minutes per pound. Remember these hams are fully cooked. Do not overcook.
