HOW LONG TO HEAT A HAM
Our hams are surprisingly easy to prepare! Let us take the mystery out of how to cook a holiday ham.
HAM COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
The USDA recommends pre-cooked hams be reheated to an internal temperature of 140° F. Preheat oven to 325° F.
Remove all packaging materials before heating. Place ham, cut side down on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.
Tent ham loosely with aluminum foil.
Roast at 325° F until thermometer registers 140° F, about 15 minutes per pound. Remember these hams are fully cooked. Do not overcook.
