Cheddar Bacon Jalapeño BBQ Biscuits

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cup of gluten-free flour
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 1 tsp of sea salt
  • 1 tbsp of granulated monk fruit
  • 1 tbsp of Noble Made organic all purpose seasoning
  • 3 slices of Pederson's Farms organic bacon
  • 1/4 cup of finely chopped jalapeño
  • 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup of Fourth and Heart garlic ghee
  • 2/3 cup of organic milk
  • Noble Made BBQ sauce for serving

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cook the bacon on your air fryer for 11 minutes at 355F.
  2. Preheat the oven at 425F.
  3. Mix all the dry ingredients for the biscuits.
  4. Add ghee, milk until fully incorporated.
  5. Mix in the cheese, jalapeños and chopped bacon.
  6. Create 6 biscuits and place them in a baking tray.
  7. Bake for 14 minutes.
  8. Serve with BBQ sauce and enjoy!
