Boneless Chops with a Vegetable Medley
Marinate the chops for 1-2 hours at least, overnight is best.
Preheat oven to 400* F
Line a baking sheet with foil
Drizzle pan with olive oil
Place chops on pan
Sprinkle thyme on top of each chop
Bake for 25 min
Chop veggies into chunks
Leave the mushrooms and brussels whole
Place on baking sheet
Drizzle veggies with olive oil
Place rosemary throughout the veggies
Salt and pepper to taste
Bake on 400* F for 20-25 min until desired tenderness
When finished, plate together and Enjoy!
