Hamburger Steak with a twist
2 LBS Pederson’s Natural Farms Bison
1 TBS Fresh Parsley
1 TBS Oregano
1 Clove of Minced Garlic
1/2 TBS Crushed Red Pepper
1 Large Red Onion
2 PKGS of Western Grassfed Beef Beef Bone Broth
- Add Bison, Parsley, Oregano, Garlic, Red Pepper, Salt & Pepper in bowl, and form into patties.
- Heat skillet with oil over medium-high heat. Place patties in skillet. Let cook about 4 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. While patties cook, slice onion into long narrow slices.
- Once all patties are done cooking, remove from skillet, and let sit. Add onions to hot skillet and caramelize over medium-low heat, covered until soft and brown.
- Add in broth to onions, and stir around. Add patties back to skillet with broth and onions. Bring liquid to a boil, cover, and reduce to a simmer for 15 minutes.
