It’s that time of year again: school’s back in session, the weather is cooling, the leaves are beginning to fall, and families are beginning to plan for their holiday get togethers. One of the most popular main dishes for these get-togethers is ham.

Because of its popularity, it could be hard to get your hands on what you need. If you are a retailer, what happens if your supplier is not able to accommodate you, or you possibly order fewer hams than you actually need?
