Breakfast with santa casserole plate and dish

 2 lbs Pederson·s Natural Farms Spicy Breakfast Sausage
 2 (8-oz) packages of cream cheese
 1 bag frozen shredded hash browns
 1 tsp. salt
 ¼ tsp. onion powder
 ¼ tsp. garlic powder
 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
 8eggs
 2 cups milk

First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Brown the spicy breakfast sausage in a large skillet.

In another bowl, combine cream cheese and browned sausage. Mix thoroughly and set aside.

Using the large skillet you used to brown the sausage, brown hash browns lightly. Once browned, line the bottom of a greased casserole dish with the hash browns.

Add the sausage and cream cheese mixture on top of the hash browns then top with cheddar cheese.

Add eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and milk to a mixing bowl. Whisk until blended and pour over casserole mixture.

Bake for 35-40 minutes. Let cool. Then serve and enjoy!
