HH Mush Bacon Broc Cass Plate and Dish

 4 slices of Pederson's Natural Farms Fully Cooked Bacon
 6 cups broccoli florets
 2 carrots, sliced
 8 oz cream cheese
 2 Tbsp. milk
 1 tsp. garlic powder
 2 green onions, sliced
 ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F.

In a large saucepan of boiling water, odd broccoli and carrots. Cook 3 minutes. Drain, reserving 1/ 4 cup of the water

In a medium mixing bowl, mix cream cheese, milk. and garlic powder until blended.

Return vegetables to saucepan and odd cream cheese mixture and onions. Stir until evenly coated. If sauce is too thick, odd a little bit of the reserved water.

Spray a casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. Pour mixture into casserole dish and top with shredded cheese and bacon. Cover entire dish with foil.

Bake for 20 minutes.

Uncover and cook for 5 more minutes. Serve and enjoy!
