How to Make Keto Bread


  • 7 large eggs
  • ⅓ c. honey
  • 3 tbsp olive oil (avocado, ghee, or melted coconut oil also work)
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Package of Legit Sandwich Bread Mix


  • Preheat the oven to 350*F
  • Place wet ingredients in a blender on low then slowly add in the package of Legit Sandwich Bread Mix while gradually increasing the speed to high
  • Continue blending on high until a smooth batter is formed
  • Now spoon the batter into a greased loaf tin (preferably sized 7 ¾ x 3 ¾ x 2 ¾, or similar)
  • Bake for 40 minutes or until cooked through
  • Store finished loaf in freezer or consume within 5 days
