BLT SALAD RANCH STYLE
1 lb Pederson's No Sugar Bacon, chopped
4 tbsp Primal Kitchen Ranch Dressing
1 head iceberg lettuce
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1. Set oven to 400 degrees. Place bacon on a baking tray and bake until desired crispiness. Set aside to cool.
2. Chop head of iceberg lettuce into quarters. Cut cherry tomatoes into halves. Chop bacon into bits or small pieces.
3. Sprinkle bacon bits and tomato halves over iceberg wedges.
4. Top with ranch dressing.Enjoy!
