Boneless Chops

Ingredients

    For the chops:
  • 4-8 Boneless pork chops
  • 1 bottle “The New Primal” Citrus Herb marinade
  • olive oil
  • dried thyme, to taste
  • For the vegetable medley:
  • 1 Squash
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 cup tomatoes
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1 cup brussel sprouts
  • Rosemary - 2 or 3 sprigs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

    For the chops:
  1. Marinate the chops for 1-2 hours at least
  2. Preheat oven to 400* F
  3. Line a baking sheet with foil
  4. Drizzle pan with olive oil
  5. Place chops on pan
  6. Sprinkle thyme on top of each chop
  7. Bake for 25 min
  8. For the vegetable medley:
  9. Chop veggies into chunks
  10. Leave the mushrooms and brussels whole
  11. Place on baking sheet
  12. Drizzle veggies with olive oil
  13. Place rosemary throughout the veggies
  14. Salt and pepper to taste
  15. Bake on 400* F for 20-25 min until desired tenderness
  16. When finished, plate together and Enjoy!
