    Italian Ground Tomato Crumble
  • 1 package Pederson's Italian Ground Sausage
  • 1/2 small white onion
  • 1/2 small purple onion
  • 4 mini bell peppers (assorted colors)
  • 1 teaspoon Kasandrinos EVOO
  • Tomato Sauce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder


  1. Brown Pederson's Italian Ground Sausage on medium heat in a non stick pan
  2. Chop onion and peppers place in pan on low heat with the Kasandrinos EVOO cover with lid stirring occasionally, cook until the desired texture is reached
  3. Cut the cherry tomatoes in halves place in a sauce pan on low heat for approximately 5 minutes then puree adding in the garlic powder
  4. Combine the ingredients and enjoy!
