Cooking Instructions For Pederson’s Natural Farms Products:
Bacon – pan fry, microwave or oven bake
Sausages (pork, bison & chicken) – grill, microwave or pan fry
Ham – heat in a moderate oven until internal temp of 158F
Ham Steak – pan fry, microwave
Breakfast Sausage – slice & pan fry, or crumble & brown until fully cooked
It all starts with the raw material. Hams are sorted, trimmed and hand selected within exact specifications. This reduces the variance in ham size and makes the ham more consistent in quality and flavor.
Our hams are slow smoked and natural hardwood chips for us to twelve hours before they are chilled and packages for you and your family. (5110)

Bake It: Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place wire racks on a jelly-roll pan. Arrange a single layer of bacon on the racks and bake to desired crispness, 15 to 20 minutes. No need to turn the slices!
