Meet Neil Dudley, Our Cooking Cowboy

Neil Dudley, General Manager of Pederson’s Natural Farms, graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Agricultural and Applied Economics. Neil has had a very successful career helping Pederson’s to market bacon, sausage, and ham into retailers all across the country. He and Cody grew up together working cattle on each other’s family ranches and believe in the value of a hand-shake and hard work! He married his wife Stacy in April 09 and they work together; along with the Pederson’s family to provide quality products from a trustworthy source!

In his free time he enjoys spending time with family, caring for his cattle, training horses, and golfing (If you have ever played a round of golf with a guy in cowboy boots with spikes you might be a redneck)
