Chad Ondrusek, Plant Manager of Pederson’s Natural Farms, grew up in the meat industry working as the 5th generation in a family owned packing and distribution business. During college, he continued working in the industry as well as interning with a large farrowing to finish pork operation. After graduating from Tarleton State University with an animal science degree in 2003, he began working at Pederson’s Natural Farms full time in the Quality Assurance department. Chad currently resides in Hamilton with his wife Sheila and their two children.
