Pederson’s uses meat from farms that are committed to raising superior meat in a humane and environmentally safe system. This meat is considered, Never Ever (no antibiotics, no growth hormones) and is guaranteed by producer affidavit. All products are free of nitrites, nitrates and preservatives.
