Lunch with Brussels sprouts and Pederson’s Farms delicious uncured no sugar added smoked hickory bacon and a small side of grapes.┬áTo prevent having a fat mess spill into my oven, I stove cooked my bacon separately. I washed the Brussels sprouts, cut them in half, tossed them in coconut oil, garlic salt and pepper and cooked them on 350 for 15 minutes. Delicious and simple.
