Whole 30 Italian Wedding Soup
Keeping it simple in the kitchen with this Whole 30 Instant Pot Wedding Soup!
I simplified this a lot, but I think it turned out perfect! I started by adding all of the following ingredients into my Instant Pot.
- 1 package Pederson’s Natural Farms No Sugar Italian Sausage – crumble
- 64 ounces of beef broth
- 1 onion diced
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil
- 1 head chopped cauliflower
Now secure your Instant Pot lid, close the steam vent, and set on soup. It will take a few moments to heat up before it starts to cook. Once done, serve and enjoy!
