Pederson’s Natural Farms Bacon Cheese Dip
I get lot’s of request for this Cheese Dip with Pederson’s Natural Farms Bacon. It’s sure to be a summer favorite!
Pederson's Natural FarmsFamous for all natural bacon!
Ingredients
1 12 ounce package of Pederson's Natural Farms Apple Smoked Bacon, diced, fried and drained
16 ounces of cream cheese, cubed, let sit out long enough to get to room temperature
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup half-and-half
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
add a little salsa of a splash of hot sauce to taste!
Cooking Instructions
Place all ingredients in the slow cooker and cover and cook on low, stirring occasionally, for about 1 to 2 hours, this is ready when cheese is melted. Add bacon, and keep on low heat while serving. Serve with chips, bread or Pederson's Natural Farms little smokies!

Bacon Cooking Tip
Bake It: Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place wire racks on a jelly-roll pan. Arrange a single layer of bacon on the racks and bake to desired crispness, 15 to 20 minutes. No need to turn the slices!
